Rental terms

The renter is responsible for ensuring that users of the equipment have sufficient expertise to operate them.

The landlord is not responsible for damages or costs arising from incorrect use.

Rent will be charged for a minimum of five (5) days according to the daily price of the equipment. For shorter use, a minimum of 5 days' rent will still be charged. After this, charging continues on a daily basis until the equipment is returned.

The rental period includes the entire time the equipment is in the renter's possession, including transportation.

The rented equipment will be delivered directly to the agreed rental location and returned to the landlord from the same location at the end of the rental period.

Deliveries are handled by a transport company or in a separately agreed manner. The renter is responsible for delivery and return costs.

Return

The equipment must be returned carefully packed and in the same condition as received. All supplied accessories must be returned. If damages, deficiencies, or abnormal wear are found in the equipment, repair or replacement costs will be charged.

The equipment will be inspected upon return.
