A new-generation GNSS receiver that combines accurate RTK positioning, IMU technology, and an advanced dual camera into one powerful survey solution. The CHCNAV i93 enables fast and accurate measurements even in locations where traditional GNSS surveying is challenging or measurement points are difficult to access.

The i93's visual surveying allows points to be measured and staked efficiently through the camera view. 3D visualization and AR-based point staking facilitate work, for example, on construction sites, in confined spaces, and in situations where there is no direct access to the measurement point. Visual Surveying Everywhere

The i93's dual cameras bring a new dimension to GNSS surveying. The camera system allows for visual determination of 3D coordinates of points and measurement of objects where a survey pole cannot be directly placed.

AR-based visualization makes point staking more intuitive and helps to perceive the measurement targets directly from the environment. This reduces unnecessary movement and speeds up work, especially on construction and infrastructure sites.

Accurate Positioning for Challenging Environments

The i93's 1892-channel GNSS receiver supports GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, BeiDou, QZSS, and SBAS systems. CHCNAV iStar technology and the StellaX GNSS chip are designed to improve positioning stability and interference immunity in challenging environments.

The 200 Hz IMU enables efficient tilt compensation without the need for the survey pole to be perfectly vertical. This speeds up measurements and allows for flexible data collection in various terrain and construction site conditions.

PointSky – Centimeter-level Positioning Without a Local Base Station

The i93 supports the CHCNAV PointSky service, which enables real-time centimeter-level positioning using satellite corrections without a local base station or NTRIP service. The manufacturer-stated PointSky accuracy is up to 2.5 cm horizontally and 5 cm vertically.

3D Modeling Directly from the Survey Site

The i93 can collect dynamic panoramic video for 3D modeling. The same device is thus suitable for traditional GNSS surveying as well as for site documentation and 3D data production.

The solution is suitable for documenting terrain models, buildings, and infrastructure sites, as well as supplementing existing 3D data.

Designed for Demanding Site Conditions

The i93 is built to withstand professional use. IP68 protection, 2-meter drop resistance, and an operating temperature of -40 °C to +65 °C make the device suitable for demanding Finnish terrain and construction site conditions. It weighs only 1.15 kg and has an RTK rover operating time of up to 34 hours.

Versatile Connectivity

Built-in 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and NFC enable seamless communication with field data collectors and other systems. The integrated UHF modem supports various RTK survey configurations and allows for work in base station solutions.
