The CHCNAV MCNAV TX73 is a powerful 3D excavator guidance system that combines precise GNSS positioning, durable IMU sensors, and real-time 3D guidance. The TX73 determines the position of the bucket tip accurately and displays the design surface directly in the cab, allowing excavation to be performed to the target depth without constant traditional surveying.

Real-time 3D guidance on site

The TX73 displays the design model and bucket position in real time on the cab display. The operator can monitor excavation depth, elevation, and slope directly while working.

The 3D CAD engine allows for clear visualization of design data, enabling work to be carried out directly based on a digital model.

Precise positioning for demanding excavation

The TX73's precise GNSS positioning and IMU sensors determine the position of the bucket tip in various working positions. The system's stated positioning accuracy is up to 1 cm horizontally and 1.5 cm vertically.

Precise positioning reduces over-excavation and unnecessary material movement, helping to achieve the design surface on the very first pass.

CAD files directly in the cab

With the TX73 3D view, plans can be brought directly to the construction site. The operator can see the design surface and work area without every stage requiring separate site markings.

The solution is particularly well-suited for model-based infrastructure, road, foundation, and earthworks projects.

Compatible with various tool configurations

The TX73 can be integrated into various excavators and tool configurations. The system also supports tilting tool configurations and, for example, Engcon and Steelwrist tiltrotators.

This allows the same machine guidance solution to be utilized in a versatile manner for various excavation and finishing tasks.

Designed for demanding site conditions

The TX73 components are designed to withstand demanding site conditions. The tilt sensor is IP69K-rated, and the GNSS antennas are IP68-rated. The 10.1-inch Android screen is IP65-rated.

OTA updates and the MCSite cloud service allow for system updates, data transfer, and remote support even during site operations.
